Now Google has added this feature to Blogger, to create page you have to login to your blogger account (If you don't have blogger account create it here it is free!)
After logging in go to new post or edit post you will find the window where you can see NEW PAGE button click on it and post the page as you need to be separately published in side bar or above the tabs.
This new feature is of immense use and most awaited.
